About me

Hi! I am Minkyung Kang.

screen-shot-2016-11-12-at-3-32-15-amWelcome to my world! I am an engineer who is excited about the values that data analytics can  bring in into our real lives.

I am a graduate student in Advanced Infrastructure System program at Carnegie Mellon University, PA. During my course of the program, I explored problems that buildings and other facilities face and seek solutions through information technology including data acquisition, processing, and analysis. I especially investigated Demand Response programs where buildings participate in to stabilize the local power grid by reducing energy consumption during high peak periods.

As an engineer with in-depth research experiences who has been trained to think critically and approach problems systematically, I strive for solutions for problems that result in the most meaningful impacts on our society and our environment.
